You can schedule an appointment by calling our office. Our intake team will work with you to schedule a time that works best for you for in-clinic appointments or help you with booking an online appointment.
Please create an account on our platform. Your data is stored safely at all times. Visit the profile of your chosen therapist (or continue browsing) and select a date and time that suit your (and your child’s) schedule and that you’ll be able to stick to regularly. Then select the appropriate service option from the list provided below. For instance, if you require a consultation only, click on consultation and then continue to proceed to the next step. You will be taken to the payment gateway where you can pay for the consultation to complete your booking. Once booked, you and the therapist will receive an email notification with the booking details. Please check to see if the details are correct.

Yes, we provide nutritional support for a variety of medical conditions and dietary restrictions, including diabetes, food allergies.
**We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Anything more than 24 hours can be cancelled without charge and you will receive a refund within 7 working days. If sessions are cancelled with less than 24 hours they will be fully charged and no refund would be possible for the session.
While this may be difficult to hear, the policy is put in place to safeguard the service and the therapists’ time. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another child. Because of this we do not give refunds unless there are very exceptional circumstances and this would be at the discretion of the Director.
